Your data is yours because core.club is infrastructure you own, not a service you rent. Everything you and your members put in, you can take back out, any time, in a format you can use. No lock-in, no export ticket, no holding your data hostage.
Export your whole club
One click downloads your club’s data, members, events, reservations, classes, board posts and pools, as a structured JSON file. Members also export as CSV. It is in Settings, whenever you want it, no request, no waiting.
Download your own data
Any member can export everything core.club holds about them, across every club they belong to: profile, memberships, reservations, class bookings, RSVPs and payments. Yours to keep, in a format you can actually read.
Reach it live, not just as a file
Beyond exports, your data is reachable in real time through an open REST API and the AI-agent connector (MCP). Point your own scripts or your AI assistant at core.club and work with your data directly.
Most software gets stickier by making your data hard to leave with. We would rather earn the next month than trap you into it. If core.club is the right home for your club, it should be because the product is good, not because your data is stuck.
So we treat portability as a feature, not a legal checkbox: real exports, an open API, and a standard AI-agent connector, all built in from the start.
Exports include the data you and your club own. They do not include other members’ private information beyond what your role can already see in the app, and personal exports are scoped to you.
