5. Club Administrators

Club administrators are responsible for the management and content of their clubs. Administrators agree to ensure their clubs comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. Administrators are responsible for member management, content moderation within their clubs, and ensuring appropriate use of payment and financial features.

6. Payments and Fees

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By using paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Club administrators who collect payments through the Service are responsible for setting appropriate prices and complying with all applicable tax and financial regulations. core.club processes payments through third-party payment processors and is not responsible for payment disputes between clubs and their members.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by core.club and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create and share through the Service, but grant core.club a license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Content and Data

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or share through the Service. core.club does not endorse any user content and reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
