By creating an account or using core.club, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

core.club is a platform that lets you create, manage, and participate in clubs, teams, and groups. The Service includes web and mobile applications with features such as member management, event scheduling, messaging, payments, and other community tools. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To use core.club, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful or offensive content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use the Service for fraudulent purposes
• Impersonate any person or entity

Club admins are responsible for the management and content of their clubs. Admins agree to:

• Ensure their clubs comply with these Terms and applicable laws
• Manage members and moderate content appropriately
• Use payment and financial features responsibly
• Respect the privacy and rights of club members

You retain ownership of content you submit to core.club. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

core.club is free to use. We charge a 1.5% platform fee on transactions you process through the platform (memberships, tournaments, drop-ins, ticket sales, etc.), plus standard card-processor fees passed through at cost. Club admins set their own prices and are responsible for compliance with applicable tax and financial regulations.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by core.club and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without express written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, core.club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date.
