Is core.club really free?+
Yes. The Free plan runs your whole club with generous limits, no per-seat fee, and no member cap. The only money we take is a 2.5% platform fee on payments you process through core.club, plus card fees at cost.
What do I get with Pro?+
Much higher monthly limits (5,000 marketing emails, 100 GB storage, 1,000 video hosting minutes), live video presenting, marketing campaigns and automations, priority support, and your platform fees capped at $250/month per location, for $29/month.
What happens if I go over my plan's limits?+
By default every plan is hard-capped, so we stop at your monthly limit and you're never surprise-billed. If you'd rather keep going, add a card and turn on overages: the extra usage is billed per unit at simple, low rates. Available on any plan, including Free.
What is Enterprise for?+
Associations and multi-club organizations, like a national body or a league that oversees many clubs. We work out custom pricing, integrations, SSO, and limits across your whole organization. Get in touch.
How does the $250 cap work?+
On Pro, the 2.5% fee is capped at $250/month per physical location. Past roughly $120k/year in volume the fee stops climbing, so higher-volume clubs upgrade to Pro to cap it. The Free plan's 2.5% has no cap.
What are pass-through card fees?+
We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe's standard rates (currently 2.9% + 30¢ per card in the US, similar internationally) get charged at cost. We don't mark them up.
