core.club is free to use forever. There are no seats, no tiers, and no monthly bills. When members pay you through the platform (dues, tournaments, drop-ins, anything) we charge 2.5%, plus the card processor's standard fee passed through at cost. That 2.5% is capped at $250/month per location.

Is core.club really free?+
Yes. Every feature is available with no monthly subscription, no per-seat fee, and no member cap. The only money we take is a 2.5% platform fee on transactions you process through core.club.
What counts as a transaction?+
Anything members pay you through the platform: monthly dues, drop-in fees, tournament entries, court reservations, event tickets, merch. If no money changes hands, we charge nothing.
How does the $250 cap work?+
The 2.5% fee is capped at $250/month per physical location. Once a location passes roughly $120k/year in volume it stops climbing, so the more you grow past that, the lower your effective rate.
What's a location?+
One physical street address, with unlimited amenities under it. A single address with a studio, gym, and courts is one location, one cap.
What are pass-through card fees?+
We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe's standard rates (currently 2.9% + 30¢ per card in the US, similar internationally) get charged at cost. We don't mark them up.
